Although many qualified, capable, and enthusiastic individuals are eager to become Adjudicators for the International pridebooks of worldrecords Platform, it remains challenging to join the Adjudicator community and become active in this role. This difficulty arises primarily because the selection of Adjudicators for reviewing record attempts is solely at the discretion of the editors and directors.

Editors/Directors usually select Adjudicators based on a few criteria

Whether they have exprience before in any field of judging any competition

The number of events/seminars conducted in their area of expertise

How well you are interacting with people & with editorial board members

Recommendations from IBR Editorial Members they know or have worked with
